Renovation of Building No. 1 of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Olsztyn

The offer submitted by Inwest-Serwis Investment Services Company was selected as the most advantageous among 8 bids in the tender for the “Renovation of Building No. 1 of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Olsztyn” located at 3 Pstrowskiego Street.

As part of this investment, the following works will be carried out, among others: building extension, delivery and installation of an elevator, supply and installation of windows and doors, painting, plastering, and flooring. In addition, installation works will be performed, including central heating, water and sewage systems, electrical, fire alarm system (SAP), intrusion alarm system (SSWiN), CCTV, and structured cabling networks.

The estimated duration of the project is 6 months.
