We carry out investments as a general contractor—from preparing design documentation and obtaining the necessary permits to handing over the completed facility for use—always maintaining the highest standards of investment process management.

Historic building renovation

When working on historic buildings, we employ only qualified specialists and collaborate with companies that have extensive experience in monument restoration. We are fully aware of the unique value of historic fabric and the irreversible consequences of any damage. Our team has rich experience in supervising and carrying out conservation and restoration works. Our portfolio includes both reconstruction and renovation of educational and public utility buildings, as well as comprehensive restorations of religious structures. We have also successfully completed new investments located within conservation protection zones—carried out with the consent of and in close cooperation with heritage preservation authorities.

According to the Act on the Protection and Care of Monuments, the preservation of immovable monuments is a matter of public interest due to their cultural value. Construction work on buildings listed in the register of monuments or located in areas under conservation protection requires, as a first step, obtaining permission from the relevant heritage conservator. Only then can a building permit application be submitted as the next stage.

Environmental protection

We comprehensively carry out environmental protection projects, including earthworks, the construction and modernization of underground utilities (such as water supply, sewage, heating, power, and telecommunications networks), as well as accompanying road and infrastructure works. Our experience covers projects for residential estates, public utility facilities, industrial plants, and logistics centers.

We take full responsibility for the financial planning of each investment. Whenever possible, we propose alternative solutions aimed at reducing costs while maintaining the required functional, technical, and visual standards of the facilities.

Safety on construction sites is our top priority. Earthworks and the operation of heavy machinery require extensive experience and proper training, which is why we employ qualified personnel and use modern technical equipment — excavators, dump trucks, trench shoring systems, and dewatering pumps. All our employees regularly participate in occupational health and safety training and machine operation courses.

The combination of knowledge, practice, and the experience of our engineering staff ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective completion of every project — from site preparation to final commissioning.
