This project involved the purchase of appropriate machines and equipment to ensure greater safety within the company during the ongoing pandemic, as well as to maintain business continuity while keeping the current employment levels at Inwest-Serwis Sp. z o.o.

Project implementation stages:

• Creation of a mobile monitoring system consisting of communication cameras with a base station (remote progress assessment).
• Construction of new construction site office facilities.
• Air dehumidification on the construction site.
• Creation of a mobile laboratory for testing soil compaction levels.
• Establishment of a virtual warehouse, enabling more efficient order management, inventory tracking, and goods handling through appropriate software and equipment.

Main objective of the project:
To improve conditions for the development of SMEs by ensuring greater safety within the company during the pandemic and maintaining continuity of work and employment through the implementation of new solutions at Inwest-Serwis.

The main objective was achieved through the following specific objectives:

• Purchase of appropriate machines and equipment to maintain business operations.
• Maintaining existing employment levels at the company.
• Implementation of new solutions in the company’s business operations.
