Preparation of the design along with obtaining the building permit and execution of construction works consisting of the extension and renovation of a residential and commercial building at ul. Toruńska 1A in Olsztyn.

The scope of works included preparation of the design with building permit approval, construction works: sanitary installations with connections, landscaping of green areas, construction of roads, parking lots, pedestrian paths with concrete paving, installation of stormwater drainage network, and supply and installation of equipment.
