Reconstruction and Modernization with an Additional Floor of the UWM Educational and Laboratory Building

Execution of reconstruction and modernization works with an additional floor, site development, and obtaining the occupancy permit for the educational and laboratory building at 21 Prawocheńskiego Street, Department of Horticulture, Faculty of Environmental Management and Agriculture, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn.

Scope of works:

• Construction works: Demolition and dismantling, earthworks with trench drainage, foundation strengthening by underpinning, vertical and horizontal foundation insulation, reinforced concrete, masonry and structural works, partial replacement of ceilings and their reinforcement with steel structure, roof construction made of wood and steel with ceramic tile covering, flooring, plastering, smoothing, installation of acid- and chemical-resistant PVC flooring on floors and walls, replacement of wooden windows and doors, installation of ceramic and terracotta tiles, delivery and installation of suspended ceilings, painting works, supply and installation of an elevator for people with disabilities.
• Sanitary installations: Water and sewage systems with connections, central heating with connections, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, stormwater drainage.
• Electrical and telecommunication installations: Telephone and computer networks, lighting installations and power outlets, alarm system, access control system (SKD), fire alarm system (SAP), CCTV, lightning protection system installation.
• Site development (1,250 m²): Construction of granite-paved paths covering 320 m², delivery and installation of small architecture elements, landscaping and lawn installation.
